Moon Pie or Lenny ....?

Here, once again, we have some more pictures of some of the horses in the neighborhood. I mean, come on, what else would I be posting pictures of? Let's be serious here, shall we?

 The ever beautiful Strength

 Oh hey Bud :-)

Okay, okay. So I might occasionally post pictures of things besides horses....

This is a "new" (to me, anyways) pony in the neighborhood. I'm pretty sure he's actually been there awhile.. He will remain unnamed until I actually get close enough to pet him.

Here's the buckskin's pasture mate.

One of my favorites from the day.

The first name that popped into my head when I saw him was Moon Pie.

It fits him perfectly.

So it was decided. Moon Pie. Then out of the blue, I say "Hey Lenny." I don't even know where that came from, but it somehow fits him too.

I can't decide between the two, so for now, he's Lenny Pie.

Cute mini-horse, is he not?

I love this shot too.

So, what's your preference? Moon Pie or Lenny? Or should I just stick with Lenny Pie....?

Picture Edits!

So I'm sitting here on this lovely fall Monday morning, in a comfy blue chair, wearing my old (but oh, so comfortable) ripped blue jeans and my camo shirt. The skies outside are overcast, there's a small breeze, and most of the trees are empty of their leaves. It's about 60 degrees out. Perfect weather.

So why am I sitting inside on the computer? I don't know. I felt like posting something.

So. Here's some recent edits I've done with my pictures. Enjoy!

Horses galore!

Here's some of my most recent pictures. ;-)

Sage-- We got snow! ....for a few hours or so. ;-)

 Ladybug always looks so sweet.

 Betty... I love this shot!

Holly with some snowflakes.

Betty.

Sage. The other day, we had such a windy day!!
It made for some great mane shots.

There's a dog in the neighborhood that likes to follow me around. I don't know who she belongs to, but she's a really fun pup! She was annoying Sage and running up and down the fence, barking at her. Every once in awhile, she'd slip under the fence and run toward Sage, only to turn around and hightail it out of there when Sage started running at her. It was hilarious to watch.

Sage's mane is my favorite. It's so long and thick. And messy.

 Here's the dog, named Daffodil.
(I really don't like her name...! I call her Daffy Duck a lot haha)

Cheyenne. I really love this shot for some reason.

I don't know what this guy's real name is, but I call him Strength.

He didn't like Daffy very much either. ;-)

Strength, and his pasture-mate in the back, whom I call Bud.

He is really huge-- height and weight-wise!!

Bud.

These are two are best friends. I think they might be related somehow...
They certainly look like they are.

Ladybug in the back, Holly in the middle, and Annie in front.

I felt so loved when they started running towards me when I whistled....
Then they ran right past me. Some love.

I took off my shoulder sling for awhile, and got some pictures with Holly.

I love her so much.

She's my gal. <3

I've always wanted a picture like this.

My boots and Holly's nose.  haha

This is one of my favorites... Not sure why.
I just feel like I look extra happy in it.

Holly didn't put her head down like she normally does, so I just posed awkwardly.
But I ended up liking it. A lot.

Me: "Uh, Holly. I'm down here."
Holly: "I know. Why do you think I'm keeping my head up here...?"
:-P

A favorite.

Dusty awesome fall weather.

Molly. My donkey friend.

Ending with my favorite.
